Shipping policy

Orders ship from Eagle River, Alaska.

We pack and hand orders to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Alaska time ship the next business day.

US delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after the carrier picks up the package. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. We email tracking when the label is created.

Shipping is $5.95 on US orders under $100. Shipping is free on US orders of $100 or more.

We currently ship inside the United States only. If you need an order sent somewhere else, email Polar.panda.eyewear@gmail.com before you buy.

Shipping fees are not refunded on a change-of-mind return. If we sent the wrong pair, or it arrives damaged, we cover the return shipping.
